4. YOUR ACCOUNT
Closing Your Account: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Once closed, the Account will remain inactive for at least 72 hours before any request to reopen can be reviewed.
User Account Terms:
- Your Account is intended solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
- We reserve the right to suspend, lock, or close your Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason.
- If we determine that you have cheated, engaged in fraud or bonus abuse, or supplied inaccurate or misleading information, we may terminate your Account and confiscate any associated funds and bonuses.
- The use of VPNs, proxy services, or any other technology intended to disguise or alter your true location is strictly forbidden and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Such behaviour may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
- Threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward Slotbunny staff will lead to permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- In the event of fraud, we reserve the right to share your details with other gaming operators, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.
5. YOUR DEPOSITS AND PAYOUTS
5.1 Deposits
- All funds deposited into your Account must come from a payment method legally owned and controlled by you.
- The minimum deposit is $10 (or the equivalent in cryptocurrency). You are responsible for ensuring each deposit meets this threshold. Transactions below the minimum may be treated as lost and non-refundable.
- The maximum single deposit per transaction is $1,000.
- All bets placed are final and cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to limit or reject any wager at our discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals
- All withdrawal requests are subject to internal checks and verification. We may request full KYC documentation before processing any cashout.
- The minimum withdrawal is $20 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
- If you have used a free promotion and then request a withdrawal, we may process your payout via your most recent deposit method, where possible.

- To comply with anti-money laundering practices, all real-money deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. If this is not met, your withdrawal may be declined or a processing fee of up to 10% may be applied.
- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for depositing.
- Subject to meeting our criteria, you may qualify for one instant payout within a 24-hour period. Additional requests during that period may be processed using standard timelines.
- A verification deposit of at least $12 may be required before we process withdrawals from winnings generated by a non-deposit bonus (such as a Welcome Chip).
- If you have deposited less than $20, the maximum you can withdraw from winnings generated by that deposit is capped at 10x the deposited amount, while the minimum withdrawal threshold remains $20.
6. BONUSES AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
6.1 General Bonus and Promotion Rules
- By claiming any bonus at Slotbunny, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any bonus-specific conditions.
- Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be active per player at a time. Promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and device.
- In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
- You may not claim a free bonus (such as a free chip or free spins) while you have a pending withdrawal. Consecutive free bonuses are not allowed without at least one qualifying real-money deposit in between.
- To redeem a bonus coupon, your real-money balance must be below $1.00.
- Remaining bonus funds from previous offers cannot be used to meet the wagering requirements of new bonuses.
- Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed. Deposit bonuses are intended for gameplay only and are not themselves withdrawable. Bonus funds are separate from your deposit. Reversing a withdrawal back to your balance does not count as a new deposit for bonus purposes.
- If you have successfully withdrawn from a free bonus, further free bonuses may be restricted until an additional qualifying deposit is made.
6.2 Withdrawing Funds After Using a Bonus
- When you request a withdrawal, any associated bonus amount is treated as non-cashable and will be deducted from your balance and/or winnings before the payout is processed.
- If you use a bonus to wager on any Game restricted for that promotion, we may void related winnings and withhold any amount beyond your original deposit.
6.3 Bonus Abuse & “Bonus Hunting” Policy
- Bonuses are designed for recreational play. We monitor accounts for patterns of “bonus abuse” or “bonus hunting,” including but not limited to disproportionately high bonus-to-deposit ratios.
- Players identified as bonus abusers may have their access to future promotions limited or revoked. A history of fraudulent behaviour, including chargebacks, may result in exclusion from all bonuses.
- Slotbunny may review transaction and gameplay logs. If we conclude that a player is using strategies deemed abusive, we may remove promotional entitlements, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
- We may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, without prior notice.

- Players in countries not listed above may become eligible for bonuses after making a successful first deposit.

6.5 Betting Limits
- Minimum deposit thresholds are set in USD. You are responsible for checking the equivalent amount in your local currency.
- Only one free promotion may be claimed between non-bonus deposits.
- Players with unusually high bonus-to-deposit ratios may be temporarily excluded from further deposit bonuses.
6.6 Welcome Bonus on Sign-Up

6.7 Standard Deposit Coupon Rules
- Only one coupon may be used per deposit. Coupons are non-repeatable unless specifically indicated.

- To withdraw, you must complete wagering requirements on both the deposit and bonus. Bets on restricted games do not contribute toward wagering.
- Once requirements are met, any balance greater than the maximum cashout limit will be removed. Only one withdrawal is allowed per coupon bonus.

6.9 Standard Cashback Bonus Rules
- Standard cashback is available only on “clean” deposits (deposits played without any bonus) that have been lost within the last 7 days. Your balance must be below $1.00 to claim.
- Unless part of an automated VIP benefit, cashback must be requested via Customer Support.
- Winnings from cashback or free bonuses that are withdrawn and then redeposited will not qualify for additional cashback.
- If a bonus-free deposit is used for tournament participation, that amount will be excluded from cashback eligibility.
- Weekly cashback is usually credited on Mondays based on net losses from the previous week.
- Monthly cashback is credited on the last day of each month or the first day of the following month.
6.10 Violation of Promotion Rules & Fraudulent Activity

Slotbunny may withhold funds, close Accounts, and reclaim winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

We may also take action, including permanent Account closure and loss of all funds, if:
